(1)Structure analysis:

In the mold design of the initial stage, our engineers do the part’s structure and die structure analysis.
Analysis of part’s structure includes: Appearance requirement, shrinkage, deformation, upside down, draft angle, thin steel, sticking to the die, die and other.
Die structure analysis includes: The parting surface, into the plastic form and location, sloping roof, slide, insert, cooling, top, release method, the appearance of processing, mold strength and service life.
(2)Mold flow analysis:

In the mold design of the initial stage, our engineers do the part’s structure and die structure analysis.
Part’s mold flow analysis includes: Appearance requirement, shrinkage, deformation, upside down, the draft angle, thin steel, sticking to the die, die and other.
Mold flow analysis includes: The parting surface, into the plastic form and location, sloping roof, slide, insert, cooling, top, release method, the appearance of processing, mold strength and service life.
(3)3D design:
Using the UG, PRO/E, Slid work software for product design and mold design, It process the capability of direct part line processing from product 3D mold .the assembly drawing is defining parameters for standard components of mold base, insert parts, slides. The design is completed in 3D environment and the drawings can be generated in 2D format.
